Hello Sunday School families! Tomorrow is Palm Sunday. I hope you remember the story of Jesus and the big celebration . If you can’t remember, read the story or ask a parent or someone older to read the story from the Bible, you can find the story in these places Matthew 21:1-11 and Luke 19:29-44. Make sure you learn about the donkey, palm branches, Hosanna, and prophet. DOWNLOAD THE CHILDREN'S SERMON FOR PALM SUNDAY Get a piece of paper, fold it in half lengthwise. Then cut the corners off the non-folded size, and cut slits along the non-folded side. Unfold your leaf, and you are ready to wave your palm branch. You can cheer for Jesus or sing a song for Jesus.
Sometimes we use the long palm leaves that we get at church on Palm Sunday to make crosses. You can make a cross for yourself using a long strip of paper (about 1 inch wide and 18 inches long. If your paper is not long enough, glue two shorter strips together.) Then you can follow the instructions on this video to make a cross. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ILpBY4Qt2Wg This link shows two different ways to make a cross, make the one that you like best. I hope you have a happy Palm Sunday. Remember, God is always with you and always ready to hear your prayers. Miss Pat

Thank you for this sermon for children! My children adore your work, and they often read from you and Keion Henderson, https://www.keionhenderson.com/sermons/! I eagerly await more of your work, and I pray that it will assist more parents in raising their children in God's mercy!
